Nadia is the Founder and CEO of Avenir, a diversity, equity and inclusion consultancy.  She is a Chartered Psychologist, MBA and accredited coach with 20 years’ experience in the field of organisational development, culture change, leadership development and talent management.  Nadia has worked with global organisations to provoke powerful conversations at all levels to develop fully-informed DEI strategies and sustainable inclusive leadership practices.
